Hi, I've been keeping a MyFitnessPal diary for nearly 3 months now, and a week ago got a friend to start keeping one too. His starting weight is 23st (Males, 21, 5ft 10) and is seriously unfit. Below is an average day for him:
Cathedral City Cheddar (60g) - 250cal
Hovis Wholemeal (6 slices) - 342cal
Smoked bacon (5 rashes) - 250cal
Fry light (10 sprays) - 10cal
WW Lemon slices (1 slice) - 80cal
WW Belgian Choc (2 slice) - 176cal
WW Coconut cake (2 slice) - 166cal
Cadbury Crunchie Bar (1bar) - 185cal
Diet Coca-Cola (1 litre) - 4cal
Dr Pepper Zero (1.5 litre) - 9cal
Sprite Zero (1 litre) - 12cal
Pear Squash (500ml) - 3cal
Total - 1490cal Carbs - 169 Fat - 57 Protein - 68 Sugar - 85 Sodium - 3441
Now, I know that his calorie intake is actually pretty low, but it just isn't healthy is it? I've tried telling him this, but because he's already losing weight (which I am guessing is down to his massive size) he thinks it alright.
I posted this in here because he's meant to be doing slimfast, but when he does he make them with 500ml full fat milk. So, what do you guys think?
