Re-re-retrying!!

Hiya!! :eek:

I'm Emma. I'm 22 and I've been on and off dieting for years now, and really wanting this to be the last attempt! I started with SW in uni and lost 2 stone, then i went abroad for a year and gained it all back and more, and since then i just haven't been able to get into properly :d'oh: I tried WW and calorie counting, but that didn't work at all. So i'm now heavier than ever and came crawling back to SW a couple of months ago, but i had a massive gain last week (back to square one) and so i'm hoping that i can get a bit more support if i post everything up!

My OH is doing it too, trying to get him to understand SW so he can support me more! We're moving into a flat in 2 weeks, and where we're moving there are no fast food places, and all the takeaways are crap. We are also planning on going cycling in the evenings during the summer, so hopefully i'll get going on it.

My main problem is that i have absolutely no self control :sigh:. I see something nice, i know it's bad, but i'll still eat it!

Its weigh-in tonight. Hoping to have lost a bit!

Gonna try to post pics of my meals too! So my breakfast today is scrambled egg and ham on toast with a glass of almond milk - A, B , 2

For lunch I got some leftover rice with homemade syn free curry sauce!

Not sure about tea yet!

Morning! Had a hectic few days so haven't been 100% on plan. I've found in the supermarket blue dragon restaurant specials. Its basically a pot of sauce with a tempura batter powder in the top. Its is LUSH! worked out the syns and the chilli beef one is 21 for the pot so 10.5 each, the sweet and sour is 16.5 so 8 each. There's also a lemon chicken one, can't remember what that one was. They are fairly high syns but a a treat every now and then, it is doable if I do a low syn breakfast and lunch!
