ProPoints Reached goal! My maintenance diary x

Today I reached my goal weight of 10 st 10 lbs I am 6ft tall and 27 years old. In 5 weeks with pro points I have lost 9.5lbs. I am bmi 20.2 so the lowest range for my height which is personally what I wanted.

Thought I would start a new thread for my maintaining.
I am allowed now 34pp per day and 49 weeklies.
I usually do between 4 and 7 exercise classes per week eAch being 1 hour long.

Today's eats so far:
Breakfast: banana 0pp + Ww rich toffee bar 2pp

Snack: diet coke and metcalfes sweet n salt skinny popcorn 3pp

Snack: dry roasted tomato chick peas 3pp

Lunch: 2x Ww brown Danish bread 2pp+ Ww 0pp spread + half tin tomatoes 0pp + mushrooms and onions 0pp + 4 egg whites 1pp + 1 teaspoon Branston pickle 0pp

Am saving pp's for this evening as am being taken out for dinner will probably have a snack later today before hand though.

Will update rest of today's eats when I get back

Omg it was sooooo lovely!
So I had 17pp remaining
I had one Malibu and diet coke 2pp
And chose grilled sea bass fillets with salad only no dressing on salad any idea of pp value? Xx
 
Calories for yesterday were 1670 according to mfp I need 2070 a day to maintain so I was under.

Today's eats are planned and so far look like this
Breakfast Ww bagel 150 cals 4pp
Ww 0pp spread 30 cals 0pp (I used too much)
Banana 0pp 100 cals

Snack: skinny popcorn 3pp 115 cals
Ww popcorn bar 79 cals

Lunch: ww wrap 106 cals 3pp
(at friends so not sure of filling)

Snack : dry roasted chick peas 3pp 88cals

Dinner : Ww Mexican chilli meal 245 cals 6pp
Desert double decker ice cream 4pp 140 cals

1059 cals have 9pp left which will use.
Also have Zumba earning 9ap burning 850 cals

Can't work this out 34pp plus cals for fruit n veg comes to just 1600 calories today
Minus my gym now that's 800....
I don't get it maybe need to use weeklies xxx
 
Using mfp it told me as I completed today that if everyday were like today I would weigh 141 lbs in 5 weeks!!!! Am 150 now
I don't get it I ate all my pp's and 3 weeklies ladies.
Am so confused. Xxx

plus maybe 240 cal for veg = 1600

You need to eat your weeklies AND AP in order to maintain because you do so much exercise x

Thank you for being such a wonderful help and support for me. :) as you know I have never maintained a weight in years am rather good at losing but maintaining confuses and scares me.
I trust you and everyone else's support here.
I have to learn to trust food and calories now. The plan and mfp too.
How are u angel? U finding sf good? Looks so yum xxx
