I've just had a quick flick back through previous posts to get an idea of your start weight, cos it varies lots depending on how much you've got to lose. I see you've got a similar start weight to Starlit_Cazza.
This is a good news/bad news scenario. Good news, yes - you should lose on average 4 pounds a week, maybe slightly more. Bad news - you probably won't see consistent losses every week. Some weeks you'll lose 2lbs, some weeks you'll lose 7lbs. It never comes off in nice even chunks. But if you keep your eye on the bigger picture, yes, you'll easily average 14-16lbs a month, at least for the first few stones off. After that it'll be nearer to 12-14lbs off a month.

like lily my loses vary. you lose 3lb then 9lb then STS then 10lb loss. This time i was 7lb then 4lb. so 11lb in 2 weeks. I could not do that on any other diet
