How about a piece of wholemeal bread? With lettuce to help induce sleep. Small glass of milk. Ive been really bad today! Too much sweet stuff, lack of will power today lol.
don't eat, you will feel bad staright after. go to bed, read, maybe a bath. just try and distract yourself. you can do it!!! keep 100%. it does get easier. I promise. good luck

you will feel so proud of yourself in the morning. It is very hard at times but if you want it and you give it your best shot you can do it and when you see the scales coming down (and they will) that is your motivation. keep strong xx
DON'T eat ANY bread! They will kick you out of ketosis due to the carbs! If you need to eat something, just eat some protein (grilled chicken, very lean ham etc).
