Really need motivating!!

This is my second time of doing SW. I lost 3stone the first time, met my bf and it's gradually crept back on. I am finding it really difficult this time and just cant get my head in the right place. Found this brill site,and joined in the hope that someone could help?!

Welcome butterfly! I know how you feel. I lost 36lbs this year and put 12 of the beggars back on over the summer (slaps wrist) I know the support here will help me get back on track, so I'm sure you'll find it just as helpful. Best of luck!
