Just having a peep and I found these recipes, maybe some repeats but some im not familier with. Have a look, hope you find something you like x :vibes:
Easter Cake
Serves 8
4½ sins per 1/8
Ingredients
5 large eggs
42 caster sugar
8 tbsp granulated artificial sweetener
85g plain flour
28g coca powder
284g very low fat fromage frais
5 tbsp Quark
2 sachets Turkish Delight Options
½ tsp cocoa powder
8 Cadbury’s mini eggs
Method
Preheat oven to 190c/375F/Gas Mark 5
Grease and line an 8in spring clip cake tin with greaseproof paper
Whisk the eggs, sugar and sweetener until pale; thick and creamy, this will take about 6 – 7 minutes
Sift in the flour and cocoa and fold in carefully using a metal spoon until well combined
Pour mixture into the cake tin and smooth over the top
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until risen
Allow to cool in the tin. The cake will shrink on cooling, then remove from tin and peel away the paper
Slice cake in half horizontally
Mix the fromage frais, Quark and Options until thick
Spoon 1/3 of the fromage frais mix onto the bottom half of the cake
Place other layer of cake on top and press down gently
Spoon 1/3 of the fromage frais mix over the cake and cover the top
Place the remaining mixture in a piping bag and pipe either rosettes around the rim of the cake
Place a mini egg on each rosette
Dust with cocoa powder and serve
Chinese Chicken
Free on red – For green use chicken as healthy extra
Ingredients
Chicken fillets
Soy Sauce
Stir-Fry vegetables
Frylight
Method
Stir-fry chicken fillets in soy sauce until almost cooked
Add stir-fry vegetables and continue to cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through
If using the chicken as a healthy extra on a green day service with rice, or if on a red day- just have the vegetables or use a jacket potato as a Healthy Extra.
Stuffed Pepper
Free on either day
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 pepper (any colour you like)
1 small onion
2 mushrooms
Quark
Optional – grated cheddar (Healthy extra)
Method
Take on pepper and slice it in half vertically. Remove all the seed sand the green stalk
Next mix some Quark in a bowl with small chunks of onions and mushroom
Place cheese and onion mixture into each half of the pepper and place on a baking tray
Cover with foil and bake for 20 – 25 minutes on 180c
If you wish you could sprinkle some grated cheese over the peppers after cooking, place back into over for a few minutes until it has melted.
Serve immediately.
Onion Gravy
1.5 sins on either day
Ingredients
Bovril or vegan stock
1 medium onion
frylight
1 tsp corn flour (1.5 sins)
Method
First slice the onion and put into a saucepan
Fry the onion in frylight until soft
Make the stock according to the instructions on the jar for 1 pint (I tend to use a little more than they say to get a slightly thicker gravy). Add stock to the onions.
If your gravy is a bit thin, mix the corn flour into a smooth paste with a little water and stir into the pan, keep stirring until gravy comes to the boil and thickens.
Mushroom Soup
Free on either day
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb Mushrooms
1 ½ pints vecon stock
1 large onion
garlic and black pepper to taste
Quark
Method
Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil
Cook together for 15 – 20 mins
Place in a blender and puree
Stir in a bit of quark and serve
Black Forest Dessert
2 sins on either day for whole dish
Serves (depends if you want to share!!!!)
Ingredients
½ packet of Shearways frozen black forest fruits
Blackcurrant sugar free jelly – 2 sins
Carton of chocolate Muller light
Place the fruit in a large dish
Make up the jelly to about 2/3 of a pint
Leave to cool
When cooled lightly whisk in the yoghurt
Pour over the fruit and refrigerate until set
Banana & Toffee Mousse
Sin free on either day
1 Muller light toffee yoghurt
1 Muller light banana yoghurt
2 tbsp low fat fromage frais
4 egg whites
4 tbsp artificial sweetener
4 sheet leaf gelatine
Method
Beat egg whites and sweetener until stiff
In a separate bowl whisk toffee yoghurt with 1 tbsp of fromage frais
Repeat this with the banana yoghurt
Dissolve leaf gelatine in a small amount of hot water, split into half and whisk half into each yoghurt mix
Fold half the egg whites into one yoghurt mix and half into the other
Layer in dishes and leave to set in fridge
Serve with slices of fresh banana
Vegetable White Sauce
2 ½ sins on either day
Ingredients
250 ml semi skimmed milk (healthy extra)
1 courgette
mushrooms
1 onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
½ ounce of cornflour
Method
Put 250ml semi skimmed milk from healthy extras into a saucepan
Chop into small pieces the courgette, mushrooms and onion
Place all the vegetables in the pan with the milk and add the garlic
Bring to the boil
Mix half an ounce of cornflour with some cold water
Add the cornflour to the milk and vegetables
Out over the pasta of your choice.
Quorn Pasta Sauce
Free on either day
Ingredients
Large Onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
garlic to your taste
jar/box passatta
1 spoon of marmite
tsp of basil
paprika
300g bag of frozen quorn mince
mushrooms
Method
Put a little oil I a pan, heat it and cook the quorn for a few minutes and then keep to one side
In another pan, fry the onion and garlic until the onion has softened
Add peppers and cook for a few minutes
Add the quorn mince and the passatta bring to boil then turn down and let simmer
Add spices, herbs and marmite, stir till it dissolves
After 10 mins add mushrooms
Serve with pasta, rice or in a baked potato
Coleslaw
Free on both days
Ingredients
Shredded carrot and cabbage
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Artificial sweetener
salt and pepper
low fat fromage frais
Method
Mix together the egg yolk, white wine vinegar, arterial sweetener, low fat fromage frais and salt & pepper
Add the mixture the shredded carrot and cabbage
If pregnant do not eat raw eggs
Mushroom baskets
Free on either day

10 slices of white nimble bread
3oz/85g mushrooms
frylight
2 tbsp brandy
3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Heat over to 200c/gas mark 6
Remove the crusts from the bread and press the slices into the moulds of baby muffin tins
Bake for 10 minutes until crisp
Slice the mushrooms and fry in fry light until soft
Add the Brandy, parsley and seasoning
Fill the baskets with mixture and serve hot
Iced Raspberry Mousse
2 ½ sins serving on either day
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 x 250g tubs Quark
50g icing sugar (10 sins)
Lemon juice to taste
250g pack frozen raspberries
Place quark and sugar into large bowl
Squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice and beat with wooden spoon until smooth and creamy
Gently stir in raspberries until they begin to break up and mixture is streaked pink
Taste and add more lemon juice if liked
Spoon into glasses and serve
Perfect Peach Pudding
Serves 2

1 pkt diet peach jelly
¾ cup boiling water
1 tin of diet peaches
1 cup of low fat yoghurt
Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water and set aside to cool but not set
Once cooled add the drained peaches and the yoghurt
Stir well and set into two individual containers in the fridge
Change the flavour by changing the fruit and jelly flavour
Malteser Ice Cream

Ingredients
Large tub of low fat fromage frais
2 pots of toffee flavour Muller light
fun size bar of Maltesers
Method
Mix together a large tub of fat free fromage frais 2 tubs of toffee Muller light
Crush a 21.5g (fun size) bar of Maltesers and mix into the toffee mixture
Put in a plastic box type thing and place into the freezer
Stir every 20 mins until frozen
Banoffee pie
4 sins per serving on either plan
Serves 8
10- low fat butter crisp biscuits
3 bananas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp arterial sweetener
1 sachet toffee flavoured Options drink
450g Quark
1 tbsp powdered gelatine
1 large egg white
28g plan chocolate
Grease and line 8in/20.5cm spring clip cake tin with baking parchment
Crush the biscuits
Scatter biscuits evenly over the vase of the tin
Peel 2 bananas and mash with the lemon juice
Place in a bowl and stir in the sweetener, toffee drink and Quark
Pour 3 tbsp boiling water over the gelatine and stir until dissolved
Whisk egg white until set and add to the banana mixture
Add gelatine and gently fold the mixture together until well blended
Pile on top of the crushed biscuits, smooth top over and chill for 2 hours until set
Peel and slice remaining banana and arrange on top of pie.
Grate over the chocolate and serve.
Strawberry Mousse
2 sins whole recipe
Ingredients
1 strawberry sugar free jelly
¾ pint hot water
200g tub strawberry Muller light
300g virtually fat free fromage frais
4 egg whites
Make the jelly with the hot water. Put aside to cool, do not allow to set completely.
When the jelly has cooled whisk the egg whites until stiff
Mix together the Muller light and fromage frais
Whisk the jelly into the Muller light mixture
Whist in the egg whites
Pour into serving bowl and place in fridge until set
Sweet and Sour Chicken
Free on red, for green use chicken as healthy extra
Serves 2
Ingredients
Chicken (amount depends on colour of day)
Fry light
300ml passatta
3 tbsp granulated sweetener
2 tbsp orange cordial
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 medium onion
Chinese stir-fry vegetables
Method
In one pan spray with fry light and fry chicken until cooked through
Meanwhile take another pan, add the onion (diced) and fry until soft
Add the Chinese vegetables and cook for 5 mins.
Add the passatta, sweetener, cordial and Worcester sauce and cook gently for 5 minutes
Add the chicken to the sauce and heat gently for a few minutes
If on a green day serve with rice, on a red serve with a jacket potato (healthy extra)
You could add some fresh pineapple chunks to the sauce!
Berry Layer
Serves 1
4 ½ sins per serving in either day
Ingredients
Frozen raspberry and blueberry medley (or any frozen berry mix)
Small pot of very low fat fromage frais
1 Muller light country berries
1 meringue nest
4 tablespoons aerosol cream
Method
Crush the meringue into medium sized chunks
Mix the fromage frais and the Muller light
Layer the fruit, fromage frais mix and crushed meringue in a tall glass or sundae dish, finishing with the fromage frais mix
Top with the aerosol cream and decorate with raspberries
Turkish Delight
Serves 1
4 sins for whole dish
Ingredients
1 strawberry Muller light yoghurt
2 sachets Turkey Delight Options
2 ½ tsps gelatine powder
2 tbsp very hot water
Method
Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tbsp hot water in a cup
Place cup in a pan of boiling water and stir until it is all dissolved
Put 1 ½ sachets of the options in to the yoghurt and mix well til it is all brown and smooth
Add the gelatine a spoonful at a time and mix well
Pour into a shallow container sprinkle with the remaining option powder
Mince Pies
Makes 10
2 sins each
Ingredients
2 x 28g sheet filo pastry
6 tablespoons mincemeat
1 beaten egg
Method
Spray a pie/baking tray with fry light
Cut each sheet of filo pastry into 10 pieces, making 20 pieces altogether
Brush each piece of pastry with beaten egg
For each pie, place a piece of filo pastry onto the tray; place a second sheet at an angle to the first. Scrunch up the sides to form a case
Place ½ tbsp of mincemeat into the pie
Bake in a preheated over at 200c for 7 – 10 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crisp
Fake Parkin Cake

Ingredients
28g porridge oats (healthy extra)
4 Scan Bran
1 tbsp dark treacle
15g powdered artificial sweetener
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
Break scan bran into small pieces then sprinkle on hot water
Leave a few minutes then break up with a fork, until scan bran resembles breadcrumbs
Stir in the porridge oats, treacle, cinnamon and sweetener
Mix in the beaten egg and stir well
Line a loaf tin with foil and spray with fry light
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 190c or place in a microwavable container and microwave on high for 5 minutes
Fake Christmas Pudding
Serves 6

scan bran
2 tbsp mincemeat

1 – 2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp brandy essence
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
2 – 3 tsp mixed spice

2 tbsp runny honey

Ingredients
5 scan bran
1 sachet toffee options drink
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 egg
Soften scan bran with hot water, leave to swell for better results
Mix all ingredients together with beaten egg
Bake in a moderate oven on non-stick bun/muffin trays
Makes either 12 buns in 15 minutes or 6 muffins in 20 minutes
Scan Bran Rhubarb Crumble
1 healthy b selection and 1 sin OR 2 healthy b selections

454g rhubarb stewed
5 scan bran
brown golden sweetener
Method
Soften 5 scan bran with hot water and leave to swell
Mix together with Brown gold sweetener
Sprinkle the scan bran mixture over 454g of rhubarb stewed to taste
Spiced Apple Cake

Whisk egg white until set and add to the banana mixture
Add gelatine and gently fold the mixture together until well blended
Pile on top of the crushed biscuits, smooth top over and chill for 2 hours until set
Peel and slice remaining banana and arrange on top of pie.
Grate over the chocolate and serve.
Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
1 strawberry sugar free jelly
¾ pint hot water
200g tub strawberry Muller light
300g virtually fat free fromage frais
4 egg whites
Make the jelly with the hot water. Put aside to cool, do not allow to set completely.
When the jelly has cooled whisk the egg whites until stiff
Mix together the Muller light and fromage frais
Whisk the jelly into the Muller light mixture
Whist in the egg whites
Pour into serving bowl and place in fridge until set
Sweet and Sour Chicken
Free on red, for green use chicken as healthy extra

Ingredients
Chicken (amount depends on colour of day)
Fry light
300ml passatta
3 tbsp granulated sweetener
2 tbsp orange cordial
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 medium onion
Chinese stir-fry vegetables
Method
In one pan spray with fry light and fry chicken until cooked through
Meanwhile take another pan, add the onion (diced) and fry until soft
Add the Chinese vegetables and cook for 5 mins.
Add the passatta, sweetener, cordial and Worcester sauce and cook gently for 5 minutes
Add the chicken to the sauce and heat gently for a few minutes
If on a green day serve with rice, on a red serve with a jacket potato (healthy extra)
You could add some fresh pineapple chunks to the sauce!
Berry Layer
Serves 1

Ingredients
Frozen raspberry and blueberry medley (or any frozen berry mix)
Small pot of very low fat fromage frais
1 Muller light country berries
1 meringue nest
4 tablespoons aerosol cream
Method
Crush the meringue into medium sized chunks
Mix the fromage frais and the Muller light
Layer the fruit, fromage frais mix and crushed meringue in a tall glass or sundae dish, finishing with the fromage frais mix
Top with the aerosol cream and decorate with raspberries
Turkish Delight
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 strawberry Muller light yoghurt
2 sachets Turkey Delight Options
2 ½ tsps gelatine powder
2 tbsp very hot water
Method
Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tbsp hot water in a cup
Place cup in a pan of boiling water and stir until it is all dissolved
Put 1 ½ sachets of the options in to the yoghurt and mix well til it is all brown and smooth
Add the gelatine a spoonful at a time and mix well
Pour into a shallow container sprinkle with the remaining option powder
Mince Pies

Ingredients
2 x 28g sheet filo pastry
6 tablespoons mincemeat
1 beaten egg
Method
Spray a pie/baking tray with fry light
Cut each sheet of filo pastry into 10 pieces, making 20 pieces altogether
Brush each piece of pastry with beaten egg
For each pie, place a piece of filo pastry onto the tray; place a second sheet at an angle to the first. Scrunch up the sides to form a case
Place ½ tbsp of mincemeat into the pie
Bake in a preheated over at 200c for 7 – 10 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crisp

4 Scan Bran
1 tbsp dark treacle
15g powdered artificial sweetener
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp cinnamon

5 scan bran
1 sachet toffee options drink
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 egg
Soften scan bran with hot water, leave to swell for better results
Mix all ingredients together with beaten egg
Bake in a moderate oven on non-stick bun/muffin trays
Makes either 12 buns in 15 minutes or 6 muffins in 20 minutes
Scan Bran Rhubarb Crumble
1 healthy b selection and 1 sin OR 2 healthy b selections

454g rhubarb stewed
5 scan bran
brown golden sweetener
Method
Soften 5 scan bran with hot water and leave to swell
Mix together with Brown gold sweetener
Sprinkle the scan bran mixture over 454g of rhubarb stewed to taste
