Hi can anyone tell me where I can find the recipes for the packs......also will they work with lipotrim packs, I feel like doing something different tomorrow as a treat....lol.

Have a look in the stickys in the Cambridge bit of this site ... they are there. I did LT for the first 4 weeks (had to change to CD then) and made some of the "muffins" - ws good for a change!!

Have to confess to finding CD "WAY" easier to do ... couldn't not have done this well on LT .. you have done so well you know!!

Do you think they will be ok with the lipotrim packs ???? That is the main thing im unsure of. Found the recipes but has anyone tried or know if it works as well with my packs.....thanx

I can only speak for the muffins as that's all I tried on LT .. good luck!!
