Does anyone find red days help lose more weight if so have u got any meal ideas? I find i feel sick on these days and weak but pasta potatoes bread etc bloats me ( i do exercise at gym n finding im not losing either

Hi I do the occasional red days but tend to stick to salmon & salad or chicken & salad. I'd love to try somediffrent recipes. I do find they boost my losses I also work out alot & do find that it tends to slow my losses but my body shape is changing & I drop dress sizes quick than if I just follow sw xx
Staying the same but if u say u lose dress sizes i might keep goin? Its so off putting when the gym slows weight loss i feel like i need to see scales goin down ive made bolgnese today and had 35g pasta n veg n tuna salad for lunch is that right? Xxx

I think that's right Hun but I dont go to class got old books its worth sticking with
When I weighed what I weigh last time without going to the gym I looked alot bigger & was a dress size bigger to. Hope that makes sense
