Personally I love green and original, as you get the extra healthy extras, and the superfree isn't as crucial. This question has been asked many times on the main forum-I you have a nosey on there, or use the search, you might get lots of different perspectives aswell
I love all three plans, depends on what mood I'm in each day. I love having normal meals with my family on ee days, but sometimes I really feel like the extra healthy extra's on red and green
I've only tried Green since I started SW at home in early March. My weight loss has been ok, but nothing sensational - only 5lb which is much less than I'd have hoped. Maybe I need to try a week or so on Red to see if that impacts my weight loss?
What do you think anyone with more SW experience than me?
