Hi everyone,
I have been following extra easy now for 3 (coming up to 4 weeks) and am thinking of maybe starting to incorporate red and green days.
The main reason being I prefer to have toast (1 wholemeal slice from 800g loaf), a form of cereal or porridge for breakfast and I like to have a sarnie for lunch (again 1 wholemeal slice) as nothing else really fills me up! But its annoying me that I have to syn this extra bit of bread!!!!! I think it might be helpful as on original you measure pasta and potatos too and I think it would help me with portion sizes etc!!
I appreciate that I can't do the bread thing every day as variety is the spice of life but any tips or advice would be much appreciated!! Xx
