Well, not that racy

Day 3 of cc and it's not going too bad, looking forward to Sunday when I can weigh myself.
Off to the shops later for a bit for xmas shopping and was going to treat myself in costa coffee to an all day breakfast roll until I saw it was 720 cals
Gutted is not the word!

Egg, bacon and sausage in a white roll.
It taste's so good but I opted for the ham and cheese toastie for 306 cals as a treat.

If its any consolation, I went to Caffe Gusto for lunch and had to resist the paninis etc!

Today's diary consists of Lamb steak (they had them reduced in Tesco! ) veg and a small handful of chips for dinner.
Had a gorgeous Jacket potato last night, last time I ate was in Feb due to starting Atkins, boy have I missed them!
And today's exercise will be housework
(Well it has to be done sometime )

Red, I think I lasted about a day on the Atkins diet. Much as I love meat, I can't live without my jacket potatos!!

Houseworks good exercise. Put some upbeat music on and whizz your way through it.

Weighed myself today as I won't be back on here until Tuesday.
And (drum roll please!) I've lost 6lbs!

Nothing lost this week due to AF, but I haven't gained either so I'm happy.
