Refeed is about the re-introduction of food groups so that your depleted glycogen stores don't fill up with water, so no need to worry about calories until you're eating "normally" again. The first week seems to be rich in protein which the body burns really quickly and very little carbohydrate ( the devil which makes the glycogen stores fill up with water). So if you stick to the LT re-feed sheet to the letter then you can't go wrong. Hope this makes sense x
