Do we have to use the maintenance products to refeed? I was wondering if you could just try doing it lipotrim ordinary?

Refeed in my book says a shake for breakfast and lunch then normal food for dinner x

Yep Jaspersmum, you can use the ordinary shakes for refeed

Jaspers mum - contact lipotrim - they have a sample pack of their products that they send out for free!! That way you can taste them and see if they are to your liking.
