Hi all. Does anyone know the syn values is the Levi Roots reggae reggae sauce you get in the fajita kit? I will have mine with salad and rice instead of the wrap and it will be between 2. I'm hoping not too much! Thanks in advance x

it's 1 syn per level tablespoon so you'd need to measure it out

Oh bugger. I meant the jerk spice mix you get in the fajita kit. Haha. Any ideas?

nothing online I'm afraid for that... but since theres no free food the mix is probably 1 syn per 20 calories - is it like a powdered mix or is it oily? I think all spices are free on sw so if the ingrediants suggest its just mixed spices I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have a syn value
