Hi Guys,
I want to make a slimming version of my favourite dessert which is Lemon crunch pie...
it contains lemon juice, condensed milk, double cream and ginger biscuit base...
I think I can replace the rest with something similar but what would be best to use as the base ???
Feel free to tell me what you would replace all the ingredients with
