Restarting on 22nd July 2011

I'm restarting tomorrow, I will not even go into what went wrong for me :cry:. I'm a going to take it one day at a time. Good luck to anyone starting this week and congratulations to anyone who has passed day seven. x

thanks hun, things are goin well with me atm, though all this water i feel a bit flooded, the first 3 days are the worst, as you probably know, just be strong. my little poem was a spur of the moment burst of verbal diarrhoea lol

Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement. I did not start today in the end, we finished work today for 6 weeks so I had a drink with the girls. I am raring to go as of tomorrow (saturday)....6 weeks to a slimmer me and new chapter of my life.

I will be going to see my pharmacist in the morning. Keep up the good work, 1 day at a time.x

Goodluck saddlebags and minnieme, I am new 2 all this and starting the lipotrim alternative tfr 2moro its called newyou, I joined this for hopefully tips and advice am nervous bout starting it,but also excited.
