I restarted dieting on tuesday last week. I have tried slimming world, weight watchers, lighterlife and just calorie counting.
All of these i couldnt get into so lost a little then yo-yo 'd alot.
I have now started diet chef. I am really enjoying it and the food isn't that bad. I have my next weigh in on tuesday and im soo excited to see what the scales say. I weigh 10st 8 atm and my goal weight is 8st 7.
I am still trying to think of mini goals but one of my goals is to lose a stone by the 21st of september as i am going shopping in london with some friends and would love the excuse to buy loads of new clothes.
