Rice Pudding Recipe

I want to make the rice pudding recipe using milk.

But was wondering what the total syn value is for the recipe if I don't use the milk as one of my HEX's.

I usually use my hex's on other things other than milk, so wanted to syn value up the rice pudding.

Depends how much milk you're using to make it. You can make a version that doesn't include any milk - just use water and add a vanilla yoghurt at the end. That would be syn-free on green and EE assuming your yoghurt is syn-free (I know you can't get mullerlights). If you use milk it would just be the standard syn value times however much you're using.

You can cut down on the syn value by using a combination of milk and water. I use 250ml skimmed milk and the same of water, which would be 4.5 syns.
