Day 4 green day

I love green days. Jacket potato and bean for lunch ad haven't felt the need to syn. Am off to proms tonight and have a made a potato frittata with veg, and salad and a fruit salad for pud. As I am feeling good I am allowing myself a glass of champagne there. A good food day
 
Hi Ris, A belated welcome to the forum. Picked you up from another persons diary but glad that you managed to find out the "how to" regarding starting your own...Well done!
I have not done SW myself but you food intake does seem rather sparse. Don't think that would amount to much protein so hopefully you are taking a multi vitamin too.

Well it went well and I lost nearly a stone - Got married and then.... well so here goes with the diary again

hEX Milk and 2 laughing Cow Lights
HEX 3 crackerbread (the sweedish ones)
Leek and potato soup - homemade - leek, onion, potato, veg stock and water, salt and pepper
