roasted veg ?

has anyone roasted their veg allowance say with a spray of fry light and garlic?sounds lush wonder if this is allowed x

I'm 100% but am sure some do use squirts if fry light for eggs and veggies x

the garlic's ok, not sure about the Fry Light, but I wouldn't have thought a couple of squirts would do much harm as it's such a small amount.

I use fry light, no prob, one spray

They are lush just roasted with herbs anyway Xx
