Roasted vegetables in oil

I think I have asked this before but having another senior moment and cann't remember the answer lol

If I roast my vegetables in a couple of teaspoons of oil, does this affect the syn value of all the vegetables or do I just syns the amount of oil used and then divide by the number of servings the veg is for?

Just syn the oil you've used and divide it by number of servings.

Or you could use frylight and have no syns at all! I do all my roasted vegetables with frylight and they come out fine!

i think you can count the oil as an HE too cant you?

Oil is only a healthy extra B choice if it's 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
