Rose's to Target food diary

Welcome all to my food diary. I've lost 3st so far with sw and I think it's fab. However I'm getting quite stuck with my last half stone so I thought a food diary could be the way forward. I'm naturally a green person but I find I lose better and crave less sweet food on red. So I'm going to try to do 5 red days a week until I get my shiny Target sticker.

Brekkie, porridge with vanilla yogurt and melon. Latte.
Snack, banana and latte
Lunch, 5 scan bran, cottage cheese, salad, fish sticks
Snack, melon, banana, Greek yogurt
Dinner, stir fry courgette, carrot, prawns, egg, more seafood sticks.

I am still hungry, I ran 10 miles today in preparation for half marathon. Need more fruit and yogurt!
 
I've also had a kiwi, banana, melon with yogurt and a piece of wholemeal toast with cottage cheese. My stomach has been burning with hunger all day, it reminds me of being pregnant but I'm not pregnant for sure. Must be the run making me so hungry x
 
ok, it's monday wi day and i put on 3 pounds. been doing a lot of comfort eating this week, some weeks i get stuck in a vicious cycle of binge eating, feeling bad about it and binging again to feel better. want to learn how to break this cycle forever, anyone got any suggestions? met a friedn today for coffee and cake, had some french patisserie, tasted wonderful, must rein in the syns from now on this week, try to stick to 5 per day until friday when i'm going out for dinner.

lunch: quorn and green bean sw quiche, salad, 3 scan bran
dinner: broccolli, turkey cottage pie with swede topping.

a good day today, felt positive and in control all day.

lunch: sw quorn quiche, broccolli soup
snack; few fish sticks
dinner; turkey cottage pie, beetroot, broccolli
syns: mustard (1) mint (1) meat(5) syns 7 week total 42 of 105. 5 days left to go.
 
had a day where i've been dreaming about food but i must calm my desire for grub if i'm going to get to target and stay there. eaten superfree to help with my munchies

snack: 2 apples, kiwi
lunch: packet fish sticks, sw quorn quiche
snack: 4 bananas (feel full after them)
dinner: turkey cottage pie.
syns: options 2, nibble sandwich 4, milk 2, pie 3 day total 11. week total 53 of 105. I'm going for dinner on friday so i must save my syns for then, if i have a syns free day tomorrow then 5 on sat and sun that will leave me 40 for friday which should be plenty.
 
woohoo, 4.5lb off more me this week all thanks to the power of minimins food diary. onwards for another good week. i've done a syn bin this week, bough all this weeks treats in advance i thinb it might help me curb my desire to binge on sweeties.

evening, another good day of food optimising. feeling peckish after dinner resisting urge for syns in favour of fruit and yog and waiting for craving

lunch; cauli n broc soup, 2 boiled eggs, 2 carrots, 1 tangerine
dinner; quorn and turkey meaballs in roast peper and tomato sauce, green beans. melon, pear and yogurt
syns: sunbites crisps 6, rocket lolly 2, turkey mince, 5, day total 13
 
evening all

i did write a food diary yesterday, had an off plan day, it was great had loads of toast and chocolate. yum. 1 day off in 7 shouldn't damage my loss this week i hope.
