RTM on LLL?

Hi peeps....

Out of curiosity, what is the RTM like for LLL? It's 12 weeks for LL, and I just wondered, it muct be shorter for LLL as you are already having some foods??

A lady I worked with is trying to decide LL or LLL - she is just on the border of either one being appropriate and cannot decide which approach to take- so she was wonderfig how long RTM is on LLL?

Thats great info Min, thanks ever so! Have printed off and shared. I am impressed with LLL's RTM actually. It is much more precise with measurements and quanities. RTM on LL gave very few guidelines.

ANyway - we may be adding one more member to the LL-L fold!

I did the 4 weeks LLL RTM before hols and it was really rather good actually. I'm still maintaining, even lost a little to be truthful, and I'm glad I did the 4 rather than 12.
