Is there any free food allowance or would it be 1 syn per 20kcals?

It is a red pesto type sauce, so won't have any free food allowance. Will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Is it the intense one? as that one is 3 syns per tablespoon according to syns online.

EDIT: Looks like it is, as by the nutritional information you have posted it equates to 61.35 calories (3 syns) per 15g, which is a tablespoon.
