Sainsburys Cranberry & Macadamia Mix

Does anyone know the syns in Sainsbury's Cranberry & Macadamia mix and also their Fairtrade Cashew Nuts? Please help me out here - they're screaming at me!! TIA!

you can use 20 calories = 1 syn to work them out, as they will have no free food allowance.

Yep - I know the formula but I thought that the cranberries might merit some free allowance?

I don't think they will as a dried fruit, not in a macadamia mix.

You can have some dried fruit and nuts as a HEb I think, but not sure that one would qualify.
