Quick question for you all - I have searched this site for syn values for Sainsbury's Multigrain Snacks but can't find them mentioned anywhere. They are similar to SunBites, but are lower calorie, so I'm hopeing they are lower syns...

If anyone knows what their value is I'd be very grateful as they are DELISH!!
