Salad syns?

Hey

Never posted on this before but really wanted to know if someone could help me with this

On my lunch twice a week i've started to get salad bowls instead of rolls and was wondering if you could help me syn the food that would be syned thanks

Lettuce
Red onion
peppers

I know the above are free but the below I dont know how to syn. Any help would be appreciated thanks

coleslaw

Coleslaw is 7.5g per 100g (normal not reduced fat/luxury or cheese), Chix Tikka I would guess is a seasoning/rub so shouldn't make a difference to the meat - hard to know - if it's a marinade with oil it would depend how much is absorbed!
