I wasnt going to count the cals in salad and veg ( exc potatoes, peas and s/corn) does anyone else do this or do you think i should weigh and count everything.....i go to the gym every morning for an hour and a half and burn anything from 750 to 1100 ( i use a heart rate monitor so i know its accurate) so i figured the few extra cals from veg/salad wont be that drastic!!
