hi everyone any idea how to zuzz this up for my dinner?i was going to bake in tinfoil and also roast some courgette mushrooms and garlic.but not sure what i can add to the salmon can you add soy sauce or anything x
I use the frozen ones from Iceland and find them tasty enough in themselves. I poach them from frozen in a small frying pan (kept only for that purpose!) with a very little amount of water, and covered with a saucepan lid. Only takes a few minutes and they're nice and moist and keep their flavour. Serve with mixed salad leaves or broccoli. Not the info you asked for, I know, but just another way of cooking them!!
cool thanks i wasnt sure about soy sauce.ive them wrapped in foil with little bit water.salt pepper and chopped chilli so will see how that goes down.doing roasted courgette mushrooms and garlic with it.its a 140 gram fillets so i take the cooked weight isn't that right.im hoping it will be about 100g
lovely steamed in the microwave in the proper little steam bags you get from the supermarket. Only take about 2 minutes. I could eat salmon every day, I love it

I put cajun seasoning on the top and dry fry mostly on skin side. I take off the skin before I eat and mix it with loads of crunchy lettuce, cumcumber and spring onions (and sometimes a small amount of coleslaw - naughty!) I could eat samon every day!
