Salmon suggestions

Having salmon fillets for tea tonight ... they are the frozen ones so no time to defrost and marinade so just want to add something at the cooking stage have a cupboard full of spices and some prawns serving it with new potatoes and salad

I would pop them in the oven in tinfoil with garlic, spices, and tomatoes really yummy I have this quite a bit
