I would of thought it would be free, there is only 15cals difference from there smoked salmon per 100g (and smoked salmon is free) i would take the skin off though(if it has it on) which would probably make it lower than the 15cals difference.
I do like to buy my Salmon fresh and cook it in a pan with fry light or BBQ fry light and add soy sauce at the end, no extra salt needed and tastes amazing. I do cook it with the skin on and take it off before i eat it.
