Hello Ladies
So im new on here, i started WW again on Tuesday 26th May so im on my second say now
...so far so good!!! I did WW a few year ago now and lost 4 and a half stone, then last year i quite smoking and piled on just over a stone and a half, so i need to get back down to 10st which is my ideal weight. Im getting married next May and would love to be back in my size 10 clothes and not my 12's :copon:!!! Its taken me so long to get back om track and i really hope i can do it this time again, i just find it really hard to stay motivated latley and i dont know why....oh yes i do, i love food way to much lol. Ok so im going to post my food diary for yesterday and today and so on.......As i have not dont this in a while please correct me if my points are not right or if you have any tips or advise for me ladies
