Sarah's food diary

well I have made the desicion to joking slimming world and I will go to my first class tomorrow morning, I am going to use this post to track what I have been eating and hopefully get pointers off where i am going wrong. My journey will be a long one I have five stone to lose however I have a special goal and if I lose the weight then we stand a far better chance off becoming parents so I am determined this time I will do it. I work crazy shifts at work finish at eleven most nights so that will be my first proble to overcome as I eat when I come home. I have been busy in the kitchen all weekend and have a freezer full off extra easy meals to help along the way. Started today so here goes.

Breakfast - one slice off small whole meal bread 1/2 an hex
Tin off plumbed tomatoes and mushrooms in fry light
Poached egg

Lunch - Fruit salad with muller light
Baked potatoe and beans

Dinner - My friend who does slimming world brought round my dinner how lovely off her, so it was a huge salad with chicken that she had coated in couscous and baked in the oven it was lovely I am stuffed.

Syns I have for later a packet off square cheese and onion chrisp 6 syns i think but will have to recheck that.

Must say first day has been good I do not feel hungry at all and I am looking forward to class tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum! today's food sounds good and I really hope S.W. helps, 5 stone might seem like a lot but it might not take that long to come off, some people having amazing losses on the food plan!

I'll follow for ideas because I'm still getting used to things! (I over-syn a lot and usually don't get enough 'superfree').

Will you be doing Extra Easy everyday or alternating?

thank you so much for taking the time to respond, I think I will be doing extra easy for the first few weeks anyway till I find my feet, yip five stones seems so much but at least this time I have a personal goal so I do feel really motivated at the minute, hopefully my car will be back on the rood in a few weeeeks so I can start swimming as well?
 
Well today went not to bad went to class this morning so on late shift at work working one to eleven so late bereakfast


Brakfast - tuna , onion carrot and lettuce on rivitas HEx

Lunch - sin free chicken curry and rice with peppers mushrooms and peas.

Dinner was a Iceland chicken burger and a salad 1 syn

Also had a muller light and beet root and pickes to nibble on.

Bag off square salt and vinaigrette 6 syns


So in total seven sins today
