Sarah's Green & Success Express Diary

Hello!
My first day on slimming world! How exciting. I lost 40lbs last year on weight watchers, but I'm kind of sick of it. I just want to try something new and try and reach my target for my June Wedding. My bmi is finally under 25 which is fantastic.

Day 1 Stats
Height 5Ft 9
Weight - 168lbs (12stone)
Waist - 30.5
Around Bust - 37.5
Under Bust - 33.5
Hips - 41
Top Size - 12/14
Bottom Size - 14

I have decided to do green days mainly as I don't eat a lot of meat. But I also want to try success express.

Anyway I'm starting with a green day

Breakfast
Porridge(b) + Grated Apple + Milk (a) Orange
Lunch
Vegetarian Chilli (1s)+ Beetroot Salad
Dinner
Lentil Dahl + Carrots +Chips (4.5)
Snacks
Muller Light Yogurt + Homemade Oat Muffins (b +1.5)

=7syns

Muffin Recipe - Makes 18
210g Oats (6 x HEXB)
2 x Banana 10syns
280g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 x Egg
Sweetener
2tsp Baking Powder
Vanilla Extract (few drops)
+ blend in blender to make it smooth
3 Muffins = healthy extra b + 1.5syns

I think I'll try success express on Wednesday when I am prepared and have lots of superfree veg!
