Jus wondering if i can eat sardines on s&s?
 
No idea I'm afraid. You could always email SnS and ask - they are very quick to answer questions. Alternatively you could compare the nutitional information to 100g of white fish.

I never thought to email. Thats what il do & post the outcome
 
On lighterlife lite they allow tinned tuna (treated the same as white fish) and they allow fresh tuna - but a smaller portion. The best thing to do would be to look up the nutitional information and compare to 100g of white fish - especially calories and carbohydrate
 
I don't know on SnS - but it's ok for LL lite.
