Sauces on attack

Hi folks

I restarted again yesterday, and doing attack and just wondered what sauces you could recommend for a steak whilst on attack? I wanted to do the creamy mushroom one (with 3 mushrooms and some cream cheese) but is that allowed in attack? If not, any other steak sauce suggestions for me?

There's a yummy creamy pepper sauce for steak on here somewhere which you make in the microwave - Have a look in recipes

unfortunately neither mushrooms nor cream cheese are allowed on attack... There are some recipes for sauces on attack in the book too, but I don't have it to hand right now... take a look!
