Hello, does anyone have any ideas for syn-free or low-syn pasta sauces which are not tomato based please?

3 shallots
Half a tsp chilli powder
250 ml of passata
4 tblsp sweetner
4 tblsp balsamic vinegar
Try this, a yummy bbq sauce, you can leave the shallots out they only give texture
