Could someone tell me the best sausages on the SW diet, with the lowest syns?

Fancy a fry up...SW friendly of course

I love WW sausages which are 1 syn each i believe, or morrisions eat smart sausages which are 0.5 syn each. Both are delicious =) x

sainsburys be good cumberland are half a syn each some butchers do syn free sausages there is a butchers at oswaldtwistle mills in lancashire and he comes to our meetings once a month selling his syn free sausages burgers etc...

Morrisons eat smart sausages have now been replaced with NuMe which are 1 syn each.... Still yummy.

Oh no! I still have some in the freezer, but will have to keep this in mind when shopping next!

i use the be good to yourself extra lean cumberlands too
as i do sausage casseroles with them

Skinny Lizzie sausages are lush! Only 1 syn each and very filling
