saving packs

does anyone know the score on saving packs till the evning to have together? i really fancy a choc bar dipped in a hot choc with a film before bed. just wondeing if this would be allowed?
 
That's wat I do Hun,
I have my S&S porridge late mornin, a small egg salad at lunch. My S&S meal n veg at tea n my S&S bar after tea as my desert n it works perfect! N I've lost 8 lbs my first week too, considering a small blip last night ;-)

There are no rules to say when you have to eat your meals/packs, it's completely up to you. Be aware though, I'm sure some people have mentioned undesirable effects of eating packs close together. Upset tummies etc.

in an ideal world you would space your packs out at regular intervals to keep your metabolic rate even throughout the day , but personally I usually have 3 out of 4 packs after 8pm , if i eat too much too early in the day I then over eat in the evening , so its what works for you really
 
I think you need to be carefull about the carb intake, if you take in two meals together you would get around 25g carbs so could that not bring you out of ketosis?

No it shouldn't as the carb content is counted overall. So if u have your 3 packs regardless of being close to each other, it still under 50g for the day. Hope that makes sense.
