Scallop recipe?

Hi all!

I bought some scallops today, but I have no idea what to do with them! I've never tried them so I hope they're nice! Any recipes would be appreciated.

I just seraed mine in a frying pan, and made a galze from simmered balsamic vinegar - were fab!

You could try bbc.co.uk/food & if you put in scallops it will bring up lots of receipes, not all SW friendly but you maybe able to adapt something to suit you.
