Scan Bran Buns
(13 syns for the whole batch!!)​

Ingredients


4 Scan Bran
1 Weetabix
4ml skimmed milk
4ml cold water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mincemeat
4 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice
4 eggs


Method

• Crush and soak Scan Bran / Weetabix in the cold water / milk for 1 hour
• Once soaked, mix all of the ingredients together
• Spoon into 12 to 14 bun cases and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 to 30 mins (keep checking to avoid burning)

A fair size! Not huge but they fill a bun case. A consultant I know did a batch for her group and sold all her Scan Bran!

They sound worth a go.you could always double them if too small and still only 2 syns.
Just a question, is that supposed to be 40 ml for the liquids, 4ml seems very little

Good point, that would only be a teaspoon.
