Scan Bran Muffins

Ok so here is my attempt at Scan Bran Muffins - hope the picture loads.

I just adapted the scan bran cake recipe as i always find it hard and over cooked.

I added a mint options Hot Chocolate and you can taste it in there, which was nice and they were a little 'wet' in the middle like i find with Weetabix muffins but that was way better than the hard crispy rubbish i normally get!

Split it into 8 muffins so 1 syn each or a HEB and 2 Syns

I made a similar thing but I used an old shoebox and sawdust. Tasted exactly the same.

Brilliant! and very true, i enjoyed the minty taste this time, even if its just a little..... you do have to be a little bit creative lol

I don't think I could face them. I used to make the oat bran muffins when on the Dukan diet...similar to these, and I got heartily sick of them!

Haha very true - my baking must be improving, either that or im just used to the rubbish i produce lol
