If its homemade, then you should be able to work the calories out from each ingredient you put in. Just total it all up, and divide into portions.

Hi i will put the recipe up when i get home......i will also put other options if you want to add sugar, fruit, etc.....mine had no sugar in as my mum forgot to put any in.....they still taste nice tho
