You boil eggs and use 1 sausage that's free on red days skin removed and wrap around the egg. I found wetting my hands made this easy to do. You then dip the egg and sausage into 2 crushed up scan brans and bake in the oven for about 20 mins. I made 6 and 2 scan brans were plenty to cover them all. They would be great to take to work on a red day and they taste really really yummy. Hope you like them.
Soz those instructions are not very clear !!!! I basically used 1 boiled egg to 1 sausage and used 2 scan bran crushed to coat 6 of the scotch eggs. Hope that's more clear.
