Second day headaches

Hi everyone, I am a newbie on lipotrim didn't get no facts about it really just put on 22lb in a year after stopping smoking and just panicked ran to chemist got this stuff and hear I am wondering what I let myself in for, that said on day 2 and just started with slight headaches and feel hungry constantly and sipping water all day long 4 pints on one day works out about half a pint within 1 and a half hours or 1 pint in three hours that's if you start roughly at 9 am till 9 pm a lot for me I never drank much water anyhow I have been feeling a little light headed also just hoping that its just because its my first week and my body adjusting to the lack of food ,can I also ask how do I get one of those weight tickers please I'm hoping I can loose 22 lb in 1 month don't really fancy doing any longer than that I just want to get back to where I was be four I stopped smoking, that was hard enough to do and I just ate for the first 3 months then I slowed down but I think my portion sizes must have been to big because I didn't really eat often just ate the wrong stuff and big portions so that's why I'm glad about this lipotrim as it helps you get back into eating smaller portions in the weeks that you do after you loose the weight so my questions again, 1 is the headaches normal 2, how do I get a ticker 3, is loosing 22 lb in a month doable thank you for any replies and thnx for reading and gl in your journey to skinnyville.

hey,

The headaches could be for a number of reasons. I think people on that part of the forum might know more than me. The water is really good, that is what you should be drinking anyway. This link explains it Water and drinks - Live Well - NHS Choices
Short vertion is, we need about 4 pints of water a day, but 2 of that normaly comes from our food, ruffly. The water helps remove the tocxins from our bodys and deals with waste, this in turn also aids weight loss.

If you click on my tracker it will take you to the web site to get your own :) it gives you a code to post in to the signiture bit.

I think loosing 22lb in a month is doable, but why are you puting that pressure on your self? It is about being healthy as well as being thin, some people who are thin do it the wrong ways and it is possible to get quite ill.

So as long as the skale is gonig the right direction, and keeps going things are good? Also, you want to give your body and skin time to catch up with the weight loss.
The reconmended amount of weight to loose, though diet and exercise is 3lb a week. so 12 -15 lb a month. diffrent diets have diffrent amounts of weight loss.

I'm on caimbridge, the adverage is about 14lb a month. Its also really good for getting used to smaller portions and learning about food. I have found it really helpfull, not just in working out what I should be eating, and how much. But also why I'm eating. I'm learning to stop when I'm full, and learning to not eat for other reasons than when I really need to.
