I'm watching it, I don't understand how you can eat food and not realise your doing it though :/ although saying that, other halves mum is like that, she always goes on about how much she doesn't eat but then sits eating it in front of you
I watched most of it thought it was interesting . I wish hubby had watched it though he's not too overweight he doesn't realise what he eats half the time. I think its easy to 'forget' what you've had it even happens when people are following a plan.
Am wondering how it won't just get repetitive but hopefully they will keep it interesting.
I got this recroded and watch later - didn't want to watch it at now as that is when the munchie monsters call me and all talk about naughty food sucks me right in
This was so interesting! I realised I was exactly like the woman on it. I used to eat fairly healthy meals when I was at home, but when I was at work etc. I would eat all sorts of junk - and not even because I was hungry, just because I could.
I would usually skip breakfast or have a bacon sandwich in a white bun with butter, then when the trolley came round at about 10am I'd have a packet of crisps, a chocolate bar and a bottle of full fat coke. Then at lunch time I'd head to greggs. I'd usually have a baguette sandwich with lots of mayonnaise, another packet of crisps, often a cake, and another bottle of full fat coke. I finished work at 3, and I'd often head back to Greggs before catching the bus, and have a pasty and another fizzy drink. Then I'd go home and have a fairly healthy dinner (roast dinner, shepherds pie, etc). Followed by lots of rubbish throughout the night; fizzy drinks, crisps, biscuits, cakes...
Hence why I ended up needing Slimming World. I am so pleased I found my group, fantastic consultant and lovely Minimins friends - you have all helped me through this journey. It hasn't been easy, and it's far from over, but it's a start
