Seeds of Change products?

Apologies if it has been mentioned anywhere else, but I can't find anything on Seeds of Change microwavable products. I love their Quinoa packets and don't expect they are syn free like standard quinoa, does anyone know the values? I particularly like the Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic which is great as a base for lunch... Thanks in advance!
