SF Dessert

Hi All

Just wondering if you can help me - I'm toying with the idea of a simply filling day tomorrow as it seems to fit in best with my plans (cooking dinner for guests). However, I wanted to do a dessert/cake - any ideas???

Baked apple with raspberries is a good sf dessert then have 0% total with some sweetener and vanilla essence.

Thanks for that becktoria - I've decided to count pp today but will keep that pud in mind
