Attack SF jelly

I have read a few posts about people eating SF jelly, is it allowed during the attack phase? Also I normally buy the Hartleys one, is that ok?

Im not sure if its aloud in attack but someone will know. any sugar free jelly is fine, I use the Hartleys one, a lovely treat. And someone correct me if im wrong but I think its limited to 3 portions a day on cruise x

yes that's fine... I read somewhere that it's best to make it up yourself rather than use the pots which makes good economic sense if nothing else!
